Weight update:
In 8 weeks i have lost nearly 1 and a half stone.
Ive gone from a size 16 to a size 12.
I have exactly a year until il be in Mexico and im half way to my weight goal!
After ive lost the weight i need to tone my tummy.
Lets get on it!!
I need to see it written down for motivation.

I only lost half a pound this week. Ive not done anything different than any other week so i need to up my game!
